Sadly their payment system is constantly down and won’t give any reasonable explanation as to why. As a consequence, I was charged twice and when asked for the number to call payment system, all of a sudden they no longer have that information. It’s sad to say, but I do think at times they are double charging and stealing money. But, sadly some employee calls my concern “Baseless” instead of searching for a solution. I had to make a trip to speak with a manager and she nicely cleared it up. Perhaps, as an employee, if you are not the one solving the problem, such as the manager, then your comments should remain silent.

Deleted past negative review, upgraded to 4 stars. Had issue with a broken seal a couple months back. Popped by once, maybe twice since then with no issue, including today. Perhaps the issue was resolved. i'm not a believer in fifth chances, but i'm an advocate of second chances in most situations. Also, very wise for Summit to catch up with the competition by offering little kickbacks. Best wishes to all.

My favorite cannabis dispensary in Maryland. So helpful each and every time. I have a rare disease and choose not to use opioids. This has been so helpful for everyday life. Summit Wellness has amazingly, knowledgable and genuinely helpful Budtenders. Keep up the wonderful work.

Ethos worked very hard to provide great customer service. This business comes in and keeps all of the 5 star reviews. Completely new management and budtenders. My first experience with Summit, the budtender was way too high and forgot 2 of my medications and charged me. He was too busy bragging about his $20 tip to the other budtender. When I come back for a refund, one of the front desk staff is standing in the lobby clearly high on more than cannabis. They’ve told me 3 times they would call me for a refund and that hasn’t happened.

A big improvement compared to when rec first came out. Med have their own line and more bud tenders have been added. Prices are fair some days.

Had to come back and update my review. The new owner is ruining this place. How do you remove the client waiting room to make an office for yourself and leave 2 small benches for everyone else??? He also is removing the point system, put in a new ATM with a higher charge to withdrawal money and took away the daily store discounts. He clearly only cares about making money and not helping the patients who come in. I would avoid this place at all costs unless they get a new owner.
